Annual ISA Analytical Division Symposium
Hint at the 60th Annual ISA Analytical Division Symposium
April 26 – 30, 2015
Galveston Island Convention Center
Galveston, Texas
Wout Last, President & CEO of Hint, gives a presentation at the 60th annual ISA Analytical Division Symposium at the Galveston Island Convention Center in Galveston, Texas. With this presentation, Hint wants to create awareness of what is going on with process analyzers in general and how the performance and reliability of these analyzers can be improved.
The Oil & Gas and Petrochemical Industry is investing millions of Dollars in process analyzers in their plants. Still, their operations don’t trust them and therefore rely on the outcome of analyses results of the Laboratory. But what is the source of errors in Quality Measurement, and how can we improve the trust level of process analyzers by integrating an Analyzer Maintenance Management System (AMMS) within the existing business or other systems?
By using an Analyzer Maintenance Management System, the number of routine samples in the Laboratory can be reduced, the trust level of process analyzers can be increased, the efficiency of activities for maintenance, operations, and Laboratory can be improved, and product losses can be minimized by operating closer to your limits. With this implementation and integration of a Web-Based Analyzer Maintenance Management System in a plant, you can improve the efficiency of your plant, and you will be able to translate QMI data into information and finally into knowledge that you can share within your company.
